Refund a bus ticket

I / We, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge receipt of the following payment from Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (Cathay Pacific), its directors, servants or agents, being an advanced payment in respect of all and any claims which I/we have or may have against Cathay Pacific, its directors, servants or agents relating to or arising from the complaint detailed above. I / We confirm that the said payment is made without admission of liability on the part of Cathay Pacific and will be taken into account in the event of any liability being agreed by or established against Cathay Pacific at the later date.

I / We, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge receipt of the following payment from Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (Cathay Pacific), its directors, servants or agents as full and final settlement of all claims which l/we have or may have against Cathay Pacific, its director, servants or agents relating to or arising from the complaint detailed above. In consideration of the said payment, I / we agree to indemnify Cathay Pacific against all claims which have been or may be made in connection with the said complaint.

I agree to the applicable refund policy and agree the terms and conditions from Cathay Pacific website. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is collecting your personal data for refund processing purpose only. We will permit our third party service providers to use your personal data on our behalf for the purpose of ticket refunds. The personal data collected will retain for one year. Your personal data is processed in alignment with the Cathay Pacific Customer Privacy Policy .

I confirm that I have obtained the consent of each passenger under this booking to submit this request on their behalf.
