Flight cancellations due to power outage in London Heathrow Airport

Due to a power outage, we have been advised by the Airport Authority that London Heathrow Airport will be closed until further announcement. 

This closure is expected to have a significant impact on airport operations. At this time, Heathrow Airport has indicated that there is no estimated time for the airport to resume normal operations. 

As soon as arrangements are available, customers will receive an email with their new flight details.  They can also be viewed in Manage Booking. Customers are requested to ensure they have provided us with their most up-to-date contact details. 

As a result of this closure, we strongly advise passengers to cancel any non-essential travel plans during this period. We’re very sorry for the impact to your travel plans and we thank you in advance for your patience while we make these arrangements.
