Baggage claim form

If you have expenses due to pilfered, delayed, or lost baggage or damaged baggage that can’t be repaired by us, please complete this claim form. Once you have submitted your claim, you will receive an acknowledgement email prompting you to attach receipts to support your claim. If you need to talk to us about your claim, please contact your local Baggage Service team.

In order to submit this claim form, you are required to have already made a report with us and provide the report file reference. If you haven't already told us about your baggage issue then please see our lost and damaged baggage page for more information.
