    If you bought multiple tickets for the same event, you will find the multiple ticket indicators at the top of the ticket. Simply swipe across to access more tickets.

    Important information

    To prevent ticket fraud, the app detects any screenshots made of the ticket and clearly identifies this for staff at the entrance.
    The system may cancel a ticket that has been screenshotted. Therefore, please use the ticket within the app for entry instead of a screenshot.

    Click the 'Invite Contact' button to invite your contact to download the app.  (Ticket transfer is app-to-app only. The person you wish to transfer the ticket to must download the app.)

    Select the person in the 'My Contacts' tab and press 'Transfer Ticket'.  (Once your contact has downloaded and registered their app, and provided they are already a contact in your phone.)

    *If the person to whom you want to transfer a ticket is not in your contacts, use the ‘Send via phone number’ option. Enter the number and follow the instructions.

    When will I receive the event ticket and how can I get access to it?
    Please download the HKCR Ticketing app in order to redeem your event ticket. Your ticket is available for redemption from 22 March on the app. You will need to use the contact number provided in your booking to redeem the ticket through triggering the SMS authentication.

    What mobile number should I provide?
    Please ensure an SMS message can be sent to the mobile number you provided for authentication. Event tickets will be assigned to the phone number provided based on the number of passenger(s) booked. If you have not received the ticket a week before the event, please contact our Customer Care team

    Can I buy this package through a call centre?
    No, the Hong Kong Sevens packages are only available for sale online via cathaypacific.com or holiday.cathaypacific.com or selected accredited travel agents.

    Can I get a physical event ticket?
    No, all Hong Kong Sevens tickets are only available in digital QR code accessible on the HKCR Ticketing app.

    Can I only purchase a single day for the Hong Kong Sevens event?
    No, the Hong Kong Sevens tickets package with flights, or flights with hotels, are offered in bundle with the 3-day pass.

    What if I have input the wrong mobile number during the booking flow?
    Please update via Manage booking or contact our Customer Care team on or before 10 March 2024 for event ticket delivery.  If booked via travel agents, please contact the travel agent to update your contact details.

    Does the Traveller need to be the one who's going to the Hong Kong Sevens event? Can I transfer my tickets to others?
    You can transfer you tickets to others in the HKCR Ticketing app, and there will not be any name checking on the day of the event.

    What if I am travelling with a child or an infant?
    All infants aged 2 years and under can enter the Hong Kong Sevens event free of charge accompanied by an adult in possession of a Hong Kong Sevens adult ticket. To book flights only for an infant, please contact our Customer Care team to issue the infant ticket and add to your booking.
    Children (between ages 2 and 12) will need a ticket to enter the Hong Kong Sevens event, and our event ticket fare will be the same as an adult.

     

    1. We take the privacy and protection of your personal information seriously.
    2. We collect personal information from you that is necessary to provide you with the product and/or service you have requested.
    3. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with the “Cathay Pacific Customer Privacy Policy”.
    4. Your contact number will be collected by us and shared to Hong Kong Rugby Union for the event ticket redemption. 
    5. The provision of your personal information is voluntary. However, we will not be able to assign any tickets if you fail to provide the mentioned personal data.

    1. The Black Friday Bonus Miles offer, as further described in these Terms and Conditions (the “Offer”) is provided by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay Pacific”) and Asia Miles Limited (“AML”, and together with Cathay Pacific, “Cathay Pacific/AML”). 

    2. The Offer commences on 17 November 2023, 00:00 and ends on 30 November 2023, 23:59 (both days inclusive, UAE Time) (“Offer Period”).

    3. To be eligible to participate, you must be a current Member and be in compliance with the Cathay Membership Programme Terms and Conditions at all times (“Eligible Participant” or “you”).

    4. Eligible Participants must fulfil the following requirements (“Requirements”) during the Offer Period to be eligible to receive 1,000 Miles (the “Bonus Miles”) for each Hong Kong Sevens Flight Package purchased (as set out below):

    a. Eligible Participants must purchase a Hong Kong Sevens Flight Package, subject to clause 4(b), at www.cathaypacific.com and enter the discount code “24R7AE[KY1] ” when purchasing the package. “Hong Kong Sevens Flight Package” means the combination of Hong Kong Sevens tickets and Cathay Pacific round trip flight tickets from certain selected locations to Hong Kong sold together by Cathay Pacific.;

    b. the Hong Kong Sevens Flight Package must include flight tickets for travel to Hong Kong from the selected available locations (as specified in the applicable Hong Kong Sevens Flight Package Terms and Conditions) on flights marketed and operated by Cathay Pacific  (“Eligible Packages”); and

    c. Eligible Participants must provide their Cathay Membership Programme membership number at the time of purchasing each Hong Kong Sevens Flight Package. 

    5. The Offer will only be available to the first 25 [KY2] Eligible Participants that have fulfilled the Requirements during the Offer Period on a first-come-first-served basis.

    6. There is no limit on the number of Hong Kong Sevens Flight Packages the Eligible Participant may purchase under this Offer. 

    7.  If Cathay Pacific/AML determines that an Eligible Participant has met the Requirements, the Bonus Miles will be credited to that Eligible Participant’s account within 8 weeks after the end of the Offer Period.

    8. If any part of any Eligible Package purchased by an Eligible Participant is cancelled, reissued or refunded by the Eligible Participant, the Eligible Participant will not be able to receive or retain the Bonus Miles to be awarded or awarded in connection with that purchase. In such case, AML may deduct the Bonus Miles from the Eligible Participant’s account.

    9. Except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions, or as otherwise notified by Cathay Pacific/AML from time to time, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, offer or campaign.

    10. The Bonus Miles awarded under this Offer are not exchangeable, transferable, returnable or redeemable for cash.

    11. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions. By participating in this Offer, you agree and accept to be bound by these terms and conditions. Cathay Pacific/AML may amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice (to the extent permitted by applicable law) to you. Your continued participation in this Offer will indicate your agreement and acceptance of any amendments to these terms and conditions.

    12. You must comply with the Cathay Membership Programme terms and conditions and all applicable Cathay Pacific terms and conditions at all times. Failure to comply will disqualify you from participating in this Offer and receiving any Bonus Miles, notwithstanding if you complete the Requirements during the Offer Period.

    13. To the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Cathay Membership Programme terms and conditions or applicable Cathay Pacific terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 

    14. This is a short-term Offer. Cathay Pacific/AML may suspend or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

    15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. [KY3]

    16. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions and this Offer that cannot be resolved between the parties will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of UAE. [KY4]

    17. In the event of inconsistency between the English and translated versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Personal data collected, used, stored, disclosed or otherwise dealt with in connection with this Offer shall be processed in accordance with the Cathay Pacific Customer Privacy Policy, available here: https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_AE/legal-and-privacy/customer-privacy-policy.html[KY5] .

    Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalised terms in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meaning: 

    · “Cathay Membership Programme” means the loyalty reward programme managed and operated by AML.

    · “Member” means a current member of the Cathay Membership Programme.

    · “Membership Number” means a Member’s Cathay Membership Programme membership number.

    · “Miles” means the units of credit of the Cathay Membership Programme, credited by AML to Members (as those credits may be amended, re-branded, re-named or replaced from time to time).
