Why are some passengers not eligible to use Mobile Boarding Pass?
Due to certain fare types and/ or restrictions, departure airport support readiness and special handling, some passengers are required to present themselves to the counter before a boarding pass may be issued to them. Therefore we are unable to provide all passengers with a Mobile Boarding Pass.

I received the Mobile Boarding Pass link from the SMS and/or email. At the airport, why couldn’t I retrieve the Mobile Boarding Pass showing the QR code after I clicked at the hyperlink? It returned with an error instead.
