Flexible ticket conditions for flights to/from Tel Aviv

Due to the security incident in Israel, we're waiving rebooking, rerouting and refund charges – so you can rearrange your plans easily.

Please note the following:

  • Tickets must be booked on a Cathay Pacific flight
  • New travel dates must be on/before 31Dec2025 and are subject to flight availability
  • Cannot be applied to tickets that have already been fully or partially refunded
  • Fare/tax differences may apply 

How to make changes to your booking

Contact your travel agent directly to organise changes.

The same flexible ticket conditions as listed above will apply. However, please call Customer Care to make your request to cancel, rebook or refund your booking.
