    How can I cancel or refund my ticket?

    If you booked through Cathay Pacific – on our website, mobile app or through Customer Care – the fastest way to cancel or organise a refund is to log into Manage Booking.

    If you purchased your ticket through a travel agent – please contact them directly to organise your cancellation. We are unable to process refunds for these bookings.

    For redemption award ticket that is fully unused, you can submit your refund request online via Manage My Booking or contact Customer Care. For redemption award ticket that is partially used, refund is not allowed.
