Location: Level 1, Jewel Changi Airport

Service hours: 10:00 - 22:00

• Jewel early check-in is a self-service check-in and baggage drop facility
• Available for passengers travelling on a Cathay Pacific flight on the same day
• Check-in closes punctually 3 hours before scheduled flight departure time
• Passengers travelling with special baggage, such as sports equipment, wheelchairs, strollers etc., can seek special assistance at Terminal 4
