Hong Kong International Airport’s e-Boarding Gates make boarding your next flight a completely contactless experience.
The e-Boarding Gates use biometric technology to scan your face and streamline the boarding process, helping to minimise contact across your journey.

When you arrive at the airport
To take advantage of the contactless boarding experience, you’ll need to use a valid electronic travel document to pass through the initial e-Security Gates. Please note that using a Hong Kong Identity card will not enable you to use the e-Boarding Gates.
