In collaboration with Trippa, a noted trattoria in Milan, Testina serves modern yet authentic Italian dishes, aiming to present a fresh perspective on Italian cuisine with trattoria dining redefined. 

The menu is based on classic recipes passed from generation to generation, renewed and refined with a unique style and focuses on a nose-to-tail approach to cooking. With striking mustard-yellow walls, olive green booths and Palladiana flooring, the stylish retro interior pays homage to Milanese trattorias in the 1970s.
