- The first journey must be completed within 92 days from the date of purchase; the second journey must be completed within 30 days from the date of the first journey.
- Ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged for other tickets or redeemed for cash once the purchase order is confirmed.
- Passengers should not share the QR Code with others to protect the QR Code against unauthorised use.
- For passengers using the Free In-town Check-in service, they should use the same QR Code when entering the gate at the In-town Check-in concourse.
- The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
