Store travel documents in your account
Travel booking and managing is easier with travel documents stored in your account.
Travel Document
- Save or update your travel document information in your profile, and next time you book a ticket or check in, the information will be easily accessible.
- You can store up to three of your own travel documents in your profile.
Travel Companions
- Filling out travel companion information can be a hassle for frequent travellers, especially if travelling with family members and friends.
- You can store information for up to three travel companions in your profile – and with this information easily accessible, you’ll save time during online booking and check-in.
Storing a travel companion profile is simple

Sign in to your Cathay member account and select “Update your personal details”. Select “Travel Companions” and enter one travel document for each travel companion.

Next time you make an online booking or check-in, simply select the travel document for your travel companion(s) as stored in your profile.
Keep your profile updated
If you or your travel companions have new travel document information, simply save the updated information in your profile, and continue to enjoy quick and easy booking.
