Exclusive stay and dining benefits with The House Collective and EAST Hotels
Experience a range of exclusive benefits all year round, whether you’re staying as a hotel guest or simply dining at one of the hotel restaurants.
Terms and conditions
- Cathay members must have valid Diamond, Gold, Silver, or Green status at the time of use to enjoy the benefits corresponding to their tier.
- Cathay members must provide their membership number and their tier at the time of reservation or booking. Then they must present their membership card (either physical or digital) upon arrival.
- Dining benefits are extended to non-hotel guests. Blackout dates apply. Members shall contact the restaurant directly for details. A maximum of 12 people is permitted under the same dining reservation per table.
- All hotel benefits are only valid for members who book a room at East Standard or The House Standard directly with the properties via the hotel’s official website, or by email or telephone; and subject to availability.
- Benefits are not combinable with any other offers such as credit card offers and other programmes.
- For the discount on airport transfers, if members require cars, members need to provide flight details when requesting the service directly from the hotel. If reserving as part of the online room booking, member should include flight details in the Comments box of the hotel website bookings page. The Hotel Reservations team will be in touch on receipt of request. Advance booking is recommended. Complimentary in-town limo drop-off service also available at The Upper House, with advance booking (subject to availability).
