When will my earned miles be credited?

Asia Miles earned from eligible spendings will be automatically credited to your membership profile after a pending period. This period varies depending on our partner’s return and exchange policy. Generally, you can see the miles credited to your profile within 6 to 8 weeks after your transaction is validated. If you don't see your earned miles after 8 weeks, you can submit a claim to us.
