The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil)

1. Cathay Members can convert Club Bravo points to Asia Miles. Upon confirmation, the corresponding points will be deducted instantly from the member’ Club Bravo membership account. No change or cancellation is allowed for confirmed conversions. The basic conversion rate is 4 Club Bravo points to 1 Asia Mile.
2. Cathay Members must provide a valid Cathay membership number in the mileage conversion form. Members should check their account information and ensure the Cathay membership number provided is correct. HK Phil holds no responsibility for the unsuccessful conversion to Asia Miles due to incorrect Cathay membership information submitted by Members.
3. Under general circumstances, it takes six to eight weeks for the credit of successfully converted miles to the provided Cathay membership account.
4. HK Phil is not the supplier of Asia Miles. The use and redemption of Asia Miles are subject to Cathay Membership Programme Terms and Conditions ("AML"). Any enquiries or complaints regarding the use and conversion of Asia Miles, redeemed goods or related services should be directed to Cathay. HK Phil holds no responsibility in respect thereof.
5. HK Phil reserves the right to replace the conversion of Asia Miles with other rewards without prior notice.
