1. This offer is only applicable to new customers who rent Storefriendly self-storage, robotic storage, safe deposit box, or wine storage starting from December 1, 2024 (based on the contract effective date), and it is non-transferable.
2. This offer is effective from December 1, 2024, until further notice.
3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
4. New customers must sign a storage contract for a minimum of 12 months (full prepayment) to enjoy this offer.
5. New customers must be Cathay members at the time of signing the storage service contract and must present a valid Cathay membership card/electronic membership card from the Cathay mobile app when signing the service contract.
6. The earning rate for Asia Miles is HKD4 per 1 mile of storage monthly fee. For example, prepaying 12 months' rent of HKD12,000 (excluding deposit), 3,000 miles will be credited to the customer's account in one go.
7. All prepaid deposits are not eligible for miles.
8. Asia Miles will be credited to the member's account within 6 to 8 weeks after the last day of the payment month.
9. Customers can only join or opt out of the Asia Miles earning program before the contract becomes effective.
10. If the customer terminates the contract during the contract period, Storefriendly Self Storage Group Limited reserves the right to charge relevant handling fees.
11. Storefriendly Self Storage Group Limited will not be liable for any actions or omissions of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited.
12. Storefriendly Self Storage Group Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited reserve the right to change or terminate the Asia Miles promotional activity at any time without prior notice
13. In case of any dispute, Storefriendly Self Storage Group Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited reserve the right of the final decision.
