Why can’t I find the refund details after my cross-boundary coach ticket refund submission?

The WeChat mini programme will display the refund details if you submit your cross-boundary coach ticket refund more than 2 hours before scheduled departure. It can’t display the refund details if you submit your refund within 2 hours before scheduled departure. We will fully refund your cross-boundary coach ticket if your Cathay Pacific flight is cancelled or delayed or if your coach is cancelled. Otherwise, we will reject your refund request. We apologise that we are currently unable to send email notifications if a refund has failed due to system limitations. We are working on optimising the email notification feature – please stay tuned.
