Upgrade bid

I want to modify or cancel my offer, but the system does not allow me to. Why is that?

Your offer may have been accepted already. Please note: you can modify or cancel your offer up to 26 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time, provided that your offer has not yet been accepted.

If you wish to modify or cancel your booking after a successful upgrade, you can do so in accordance with the fare conditions of your original booking. However, you will not receive a refund or credit for any successful upgrades.
