Use our airport and in-town self-service facilities for speedier check-in and bag drop.

Benefits of self-service

Time is on your side with our self-service facilities at the airport or at in-town station locations. Designed to speed you through check-in and bag drop, our self-service network will give you extra time to shop, eat or simply relax before the start of your journey. If you’re new to the automated experience, our airport service team will be on hand to assist you.

Self-service Check-in

Check in and get your boarding pass from the kiosk, then proceed to the bag drop counter. If you have already completed online check-in, you can also get your boarding pass from the kiosk.

Note: For Amsterdam, Taipei and Taipei - A1 Taipei Main Station, if you have already completed online check-in or collected your boarding pass from the self-service kiosk, you can proceed directly to the self-service bag drop machines.

Check in, get your boarding pass and baggage tag from the kiosk, then proceed to the bag drop counter. If you have already completed online check-in, get your baggage tag and proceed to the bag drop counter.

Self-service Bag Drop

If you have already checked in, collected your boarding pass and baggage tag, simply head to the self-service bag drop machines.
