Hong Kong to Dongguan by ferry

This option is exclusive to inbound passengers transferring at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). From there, you can hop onto the CKS ferry service at SkyPier Terminal; it reaches Humen Ferry Terminal, Dongguan in approximately 90 minutes. Tickets range from HK$350 to HK$590, with the additional dollars buying you more comfortable seating and greater privacy as well as priority boarding and disembarkation.

As the SkyPier Terminal is not open to the Hong Kong public, travellers must show their same-day arrival flight ticket or boarding pass and passport.

Once you’ve arrived at HKIA, head to Transfer Area E2 to collect your ferry ticket and present your baggage tags to our staff to ensure your luggage has been checked through. You can then board the vessel at SkyPier, without the need to even enter Hong Kong’s border. The journey runs four times a day from 8am to 3pm and takes just over two hours.

Remember to arrive at the ferry terminal at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
