Le Café, Novotel Century Hong Kong’s first-floor restaurant, offers all-day dining with a buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving the freshest ingredients daily. The seafood buffet allows you to enjoy a free flow of your favourite catch from the sea, while themes for the dinner buffet change periodically to feature international delicacies from around the world. There is also an à la carte menu with a selection of Hong Kong favourites, Asian classics and Western dishes.
