1. Asia Miles earning is only applicable on the date of purchase. Any late application after the date of purchase will not be accepted for the purpose of earning Asia Miles.

2. Consumption tax is not eligible for earning miles. 

3. Asia Miles cannot be earned in conjunction with gift on purchase or any other promotional offer. 

4. Any invalid, cancelled, returned and exchanged items are not eligible for miles earning. 

5. Cathay Members can expect to receive their redeemed Asia Miles within 7-14 working days upon successful validation of their submission.

6. All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-reversible and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. 

7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport BBCC shall be final.

8. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport BBCC  reserve the right to alter or terminate the promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
