What should I do if I want to rebook my coach ticket on my scheduled departure day?
You can only rebook or refund your cross-boundary coach ticket with EE Bus up to 2 hours before your scheduled departure. You can purchase a new ticket on EE Bus’ official ticketing platform or standby for an EE Bus servicing the same route on the original coach departure day. Seat is subject to availability.
