Enjoy travel benefits for MICE events around the world

Take your event to new heights with our exclusive travel benefits for the organisers of corporate meetings, incentive groups, conventions and exhibitions delegations around the world, including fare discounts and value-added package.

Double fare discounts for Free Independent Travellers (FIT)

Enjoy double fare discount of up to 10% for at least 30 individual travellers who registered the same MICE event, offer available until 31 March 2026.

Organisers interested to apply for the FIT discount please fill in the registration form, our local sales team will follow up with your request shortly.

Benefits for group travellers of 16 or more

From now, sales until 31 March 2025 and travel until 31 March 2026, groups or delegations with 16 travellers or more can enjoy benefits including free-of-charge tickets, complimentary upgrades, additional baggage allowance, and enhanced services when they fly with Cathay Pacific. For offer details, please refer to the table below.

  1. Free-of-charge tickets must be redeemed before tickets are issued; Free-of-charge tickets are subjected to tax and applicable surcharges.
  2. For flights without Premium Economy Class Cabin service, passengers will be upgraded to Business Class; upgrades are subject to availability upon check-in.
  3. Additional 1 piece baggage allowance (23kg) for each passenger except on *long haul flights.
  4. On long haul flights, exclusive rate of USD80 per flight sector for additional 1 piece baggage allowance (23kg) must be arranged & settled payment before tickets are issued. This arrangement is applicable for all or partial passengers in the same group.
    The additional piece of bag is charged as follow,
    e.g.1: London-Hong Kong-London > USD80x2
    e.g.2: London-Hong Kong-Bangkok-Hong Kong-London > USD80x2
    e.g.3: London- Hong Kong- Tokyo > USD80
  5. Meet & Greet service is applicable for minimum group size of 20 passengers on the same flight. On arrival HKG, Cathay’s representative will Meet & Greet the group of passengers at the arrival gate and show the direction to the immigration area; Passengers have no priority for Custom, Immigration and quarantine clearance or baggage claim service.
    For transiting HKG, Cathay’s representation will show passengers to the nearest transit point except short connection time (within 50mins), the group of passengers will be guided to the boarding gate.
  6. All offer requests must be made after tickets issued and at least 10 working days before departure, except free-of-charge tickets & exclusive rate for additional 1 piece of bag.
  7. Group travellers must travel on the same flights to enjoy these offers.
  8. Flight bookings and redemption of the value-added package offerings must be made via your appointed travel agent.
