Opening hours
From 4 hours before scheduled departure time of the first Cathay flight of the day to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the last CX flight of the day

Passengers must enter the security check point of London Heathrow Terminal 3 at least 40 minutes before the flight departure time. Local security directive dictates that no passenger is allowed to proceed through security checkpoint within 40 minutes of scheduled flight departure time.

Connecting passengers
The gate will open for travel document checks 75 minutes prior to departure time.

Self-service check-in, baggage tag and self-service bag drop
