If you have not verified your email address, please use your membership number or verified mobile number to sign in. Then, you can verify your email address in the "My Profile" page.
If your mobile number or email address is linked to another Cathay membership account
In this case, please use your membership number to sign in. You may also use another mobile number or email address as your sign-in ID, or contact the holder of the concerned Cathay account to update the profile details.
Username and linked social account sign-ins are discontinued
We have discontinued the option to use a username or a linked social account for signing in to a Cathay membership accounts. Instead, please use your mobile number for a more convenient sign-in experience.

You can only use your mobile phone number or email to sign in if they have been verified and set as a sign-in ID.
If you encountered an error when signing in with your mobile phone number or email, please try signing in with your membership number. After signing in, you will be able to link and verify your mobile phone number or email to use as a sign-in ID for next time.
Cathay accounts are locked after several unsuccessful attempts to protect your security. You will need to reset your password to unlock the account.
Please check your spam inbox to see if the one-time password email dropped there.
You will not be able to sign in to your account if your browser blocks cookies. Please check and set your browser to allow cookies in order to successfully sign in to your membership account
Only one mobile number and email address can be linked to one Cathay membership account. If your mobile number or email address is already linked to another Cathay membership account, you can unlink it or continue to sign in using your membership number.
