    Sustainable seafood

    As we take to the skies, we make sure we’re looking after our oceans by getting our seafood from responsible, regenerative sources. In 2023, we procured more than 315 tonnes of certified sustainable seafood, which accounted for 73 per cent of the total seafood volume procured by our catering arm.
