1. Members must enter their Cathay Pacific's Cathay Membership number in the member login field before confirming the order to earn Asia Miles. If the Cathay Pacific's Cathay Membership number is not entered during the order process, miles cannot be earned or modified after the order is submitted.
2. Miles earned are calculated based on the final actual transaction amount. The minimum purchase amount per order to earn miles is TWD 300 (excluding shipping). Orders below this amount will not earn miles.
3. If an order is canceled, miles for that purchase will not be awarded.
4. Asia Miles will be credited to the member's account within 7 working days (excluding holidays, public holidays and the cooling-off period) after the transaction is successful.
5. In case of any disputes, Asia Miles Limited and DURANCE reserve the right to make the final decision.
