Is it possible to reschedule my Direct Air+Sea booking?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 1 day prior to your scheduled departure date. For example, if your new departure date is February 2, you must reschedule on or before February 1. If the change is made less than 1 day prior to the scheduled departure date, you will be charged an additional handling fee. To reschedule, please contact our team through our WeChat mini programme or speak to your ticketing agent.

You can also reschedule your ferry booking, but the same rules above will apply.
