Check-in counter

Terminal 3

For passengers departing from Tel Aviv, the advised time to arrive for check-in is 3 hours before departure. This is in order to allow for additional security checks at the airport.

All passengers need to go through a security checkpoint inside the departure terminal before they get to the check-in counters.

3 hours prior to scheduled departure time

(Check-in counters are closed punctually 60 minutes before scheduled departure time)

Please be at the boarding gate no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled flight departure.

Use the kiosk for self-service check-in, boarding pass and baggage tag. Find out more.
Note: If online check-in has been completed, proceed to the kiosk to obtain baggage tags and then the bag drop counter.

Customs information
  • 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250g tobacco.
  • For passengers aged 17 years and older: 2 litres of alcoholic beverages of maximum 22% proof; or 1 litre if more than 22% proof; and 4 litres of still wine and 16 litres of beer.
  • Medicines in proportion to the traveller’s needs.
  • Other goods up to a total value of EUR430 per adult or EUR150 if aged under 15 years old.
