Follow these simple steps to claim your missing non-airline miles from the following partner categories Open a new window:

Download the missing mileage form in PDF format and complete the form in English CAPITAL LETTERS.

Step 2
Submit the completed form with the corresponding documents as specified.

Please allow 8 weeks for mileage to be credited to your account.

Once we receive your request, please allow 5 working days for the claim to be verified.  Valid claims will be tracked again through normal flow (lead-time for Asia Miles to be credited varies, please refer to the important notes on the missing mileage form).  For invalid claims, we will notify you in 5 working days with possible reasons.
