Check your baggage allowance
You can check your baggage allowance by asking our chatbot, logging into Manage Booking or by checking your ticket itinerary.
Ticket itinerary
Your baggage allowance is measured either by piece (PC) or weight (K). You can find these details in your itinerary under baggage.
For example, 2PC = 2 piece allowance and 23K = 23kg weight allowance.
