What you need to do:

  1. Make your reservation at least 24 hours prior to car pick-up (48 hours for rentals in Asia).
  2. Identify yourself as a Cathay member at the time of reservation and quote the applicable CDP number or promotion code stated under the individual benefit above, and your membership number and tier.
  3. Present your membership card (either physical or digital) at the rental counter.
