Please note the following:
- Tickets must be booked on a Cathay Pacific flight
- New travel dates must be on or before 18 Jan 2025 and are subject to flight availability
- Cannot be applied to tickets that have already been fully or partially refunded
- Fare/tax differences may apply
How to make changes to your booking
If you booked via a third party or travel agent
Contact your travel agent directly to organise changes.
If you booked a redemption ticket
The same flexible ticket conditions as listed above will apply. However, please call Customer Care to make your request to cancel, rebook or refund your booking.
