Request a ticket refund

If you’d like to request a refund for tickets purchased directly from the Cathay Pacific website/mobile app, or if you have used your miles to redeem tickets, please complete this form. Note: your booking must be cancelled before you request a ticket refund.

Cathay members can also cancel their tickets free of charge within 24 hours through Manage Booking when they book directly on our website and mobile app. Visit here to learn more about 24-hour free cancellation.  

If you have purchased tickets through a travel agent, please contact your travel agent to request a refund.

If you used miles to upgrade your tickets or for other enquiries, please contact Customer Care.
